This system is safe, tested and protected. The purpose of the online checkout is to make things more convenient on both ends of the transaction. Regardless of the situation, we have a firm policy. We are understanding of things that happen, however our policy will have to remain consistent and fair to everyone.

• Before April 1st – 100% Refund of the registration fee minus the credit card fee
• More than 14 days prior to the start of camp – 80% Refund of the registration fee minus the credit card fee
• Less than 7 days prior to the start of his camp – 50% Refund of the registration fee minus the credit card fee
• Less than 24 hours from the start of his camp – 20% Refund of the registration fee minus the credit card fee 
• No Call/No Show – 0% Refund

• You must pay for camp in order to hold a spot for your child. We can no longer accept payment the week of camp. If payment is not received, the camper risks forfeiting their spot if at maximum capacity. 
• Whether you are signing your child up for two camps or signing up multiple children for different grade camps, you only need to go through the payment process once. Put the number of camps signing up for in the quantity box on the check out form and ask for the discount code.
